1. Finance Associate
Maintain financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for daytoday transactions and reports.
2. Driver
UNHCR vehicles for the transport of authorized passengers, deliver, and collect documents and other items. Â Meet official personnel at airports or other locations.
3. Assistant External Relations Officer
The incumbent is closely supervised on issues concerning external relations and public information by the External Relations Officer or the Representative who gives regular guidance and advice.
4. Associate Information Management Officer (N)
Under the direct supervision of the (Snr) DIMA Coordinator/Deputy Director/Head of Service/Deputy Representative or other IM staff or designated manager, the Associate Information Management Office.
5. Intern External Relations (Comms & Interagency)
The Communications & Interagency Intern will work closely with both units to support effective communication with target audiences. The incumbent will assist in creating news.
6. Asset Management Associate
The Asset Management Associate will perform asset management functions in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations pertaining to management of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE).
