In order to promote competence, innovation and excellence, the Institute seeks to employ qualified and competent full-time Customer Care Intern.

Qualification: Bachelors/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management /Administration, Public Administration,

Experience: 1 – 3years

Reporting to: Center Manager

Location: Nairobi

Responsibilities and duties;

  1. Front office customer service
  2. Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
  3. Follow-up with potential clients and partners, inquiries, walk-ins etc.
  4. Telemarketing
  5. Publicize the Institute’s activities and events to students and staff.
  6. Conduct customer surveys and report on the customer satisfaction feedback.
  7. Engage in Digital Marketing, Social media Marketing, Public relations.
  8. Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
  9. Updating databases (client details, partner details etc.)
  10. Prepares customer service summary reports.
  11. Any other duty as will be assigned from to you by your immediate supervisor/ Management.
